At Beavertown Brewery, we want you to be stoked with your haul, but if your beer arrives damaged or your merch doesn't fit, we're here to put it right. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a 14-day return window for non-consumable items and immediate replacements for any shipping mishaps.
Check Your Order
Inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If there are broken cans, leaks, or incorrect items, take a quick photo as evidence for our support team.

Pack it Up
For merch or non-perishables, ensure items are unused and in original packaging. We will provide a return shipping label or instructions on where to send your parcel.
Refund or Replacement
Once we receive your return or verify the damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement within 3-5 business days.
