How long will it take for my beer to arrive?
We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days and next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM, Monday through Thursday.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our beers and merchandise within the UK to ensure maximum freshness and quality upon arrival.
Are Beavertown beers suitable for vegans?
The majority of our core range, including Gamma Ray and Neck Oil, is vegan-friendly. Please check the specific product description for any limited-edition releases containing lactose.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order leaves our brewery, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your beer's journey to your doorstep.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if any cans are damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the damage for a replacement or refund.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
